Exclusive Distributor and Brand Protection for Dolphinmed Anesthesia Machines in Bangladesh

This is to officially declare that Shandong Dolphinmed Technology Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of the Anesthesia Machine under the brand "Dolphinmed", hereby grants the exclusive distributorship rights in Bangladesh to ROBOMED INTERNATIONAL

ROBOMED INTERNATIONAL is our sole and authorized distributor in Bangladesh for the following Dolphinmed Anesthesia Workstations:

Dolphinmed DA2000 Anesthesia Machine

Dolphinmed DA1000H Anesthesia Machine

No other company, entity, or individual is permitted to market, sell, or represent themselves as an authorized distributor of the aforementioned Dolphinmed products in Bangladesh.

It has come to our attention that certain unauthorized parties in the local market may be using the Dolphinmed brand name and logo in connection with our products. We wish to state unequivocally that any such use without our express written consent is illegal and constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights.

Important Notice Regarding Support and Warranty:

Any Dolphinmed DA2000 or DA1000H Anesthesia Machine procured through channels other than ROBOMED INTERNATIONAL is considered an unauthorized sale.

Shandong Dolphinmed Technology Co., Ltd. will not provide any after-sales service, technical support, or honor product warranties for units sold by unauthorized sources.

Customers are strongly advised to purchase genuine Dolphinmed products only through our exclusive partner, ROBOMED International, to guarantee product authenticity, quality, and full access to our professional support services.
